Care Cadets is being developed for care-experienced children, young people and young adults. The idea is to look at the whole picture, not only a file, an incident or a label.
That does not mean pretending harm does not matter. It means finding a way to take responsibility, make change possible and protect your potential.
Care Cadets is a proposal in development, not a service you can join or be referred to today. How young people could take part would need to be designed and agreed before any pilot begins.
